Sandies’ sculptural work explores the conflicts between the natural world and the man-made. Sandie focuses on the results of a throw away society and the disruptions of fragile eco systems.
To
produce her work Sandie chooses to shift through abandoned objects
and the surfeit of ever present junk. Her sculptures are then exhibited
in appropriate environments.
Sandie
is currently Artist in Residence at The Tricycle Theatre, Cinema and
Gallery, London.
